Hot Insulation

Hot Insulation

Thermal insulation is the reduction of heat transfer (i.e. the transfer of thermal energy between objects of differing temperature) between objects in thermal contact or in range of radiative influence. Thermal insulation can be achieved with specially engineered methods or processes, as well as with suitable object shapes and materials.

Supply & application of Lightly Resin Bonded Mattress (LRBM), Pipe Section, Mineral Wool, Glass Wool, Ceramic Wool, Fiber Glass Calcium Silicate and Foam Glass with outer covering over Aluminum Sheet, Galvanized Ironed (G.I.) Sheet, Stainless Steel (S.S.) Sheet or Plaster of Paris (POP), Asbestos Powder, Hard setting powder, Sand and Cement Plaster. Applications are generally done on pipelines, vessels, exchangers, tanks, reactors, columns, chimney, spheres, etc., with appropriate grade density and thickness of insulation for temperature which needs to be maintained. qw
